What are your operating hours?

Monday - Friday: 9 am - 4 pm ET.

Where do I upload my resume?

You must place an order and upload it to the form you'll receive within your instruction email.

Do we offer a payment plan or refund?

Payment Plans: Yes. Please visit our products page to see the payment options that are available for each product https://osppresumewriting.com/collections/all-services

Refund Policy: Once we accept your project, we start working on it immediately. This includes allocating our time and other resources towards your project. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds.

How long is the process?

We offer delivery options between 1 - 5 business days.

How many revisions do we offer?

The fee that you pay includes one revision.  Requests for revision must be submitted within 2-weeks of you receiving the draft. Please be sure to review your draft carefully and thoroughly before submitting your revision request, if any.

Additional revisions are available for a fee of $50. This includes any revision after the two-week deadline.

When do I need to send my desired revisions back?

Within 14 days. Anything outside of that timeframe will need to be administered on your end.

Where do I sent my old resume or other documents?

We accept documentation within our OSPP Form. This form was sent to you within an email with a subject line "Thank you for your order".
